all I have to do

happiness is
quietness on a Monday
the day stretching calm
on its back staring
at the sky: no fight
no alarms
no worry
all I have to do is
be well
be at peace
know some calm some release
after turmoil and
no approbation

but with funds lodged enough
to see me through the last
furlong
I can sit calm
look out the window
dream and think
there was no wrong
and there is no-one
to claim
I am not enough
