Trilogy III

III - Presence

Pervasive being shifting and
Attaining reach and place
Listening and caring, staring
At our face, our wide grey
Eyes that look but cannot see
Your wood for all our trees,
The skelf of you
Working in,
The running of the grain
A woodland thing of
Fauna sown and flora
Grown and seeding -
You worm your way in
Till you touch that
Hollow space
And fill
Your feeding light
That cures all ill
And makes all whole -
The running blood
Red and true in us
Is you -
Our fashioned bone
The stronghold
Framed and standing
Is the structure
That supports
Your sacred heart.

I am
Your limb one part.
The body composite is
Your endless art.
