Seed pearl, dark pane

seed pearl

tiny fragment of
light lodges and
grows
lustrous
pearl of great
price hand
palm shell
uncomfortable
coating, coating
no smooth is
smooth enough:
princess with her pea

dark pane

the one glass
black and
silent lets out
no light
choked trapped
does it spill
anyway -
uncontainable
uncontained
welling the
cracks until
the pane
breaks?
