Pressing

Darkness leans against
My thought
Presses my chest.
I wrest
Myself to it, grapple, plot
How to break free,
How to marshal my defence
Burst its dark fence.
I am caught
Constricted within its
Limits hemming, its
Blackness leaning, it
Infests and smothers
My breath as I analyse
It's black death away.
